My favorite letters of the alphabet are R&D
I do Design
Over the years, I have unintentionally journeyed through my competence trifecta of design, product and innovation management in roles which include Software Developer, Program Manager, Senior Product Manager, Business Strategist and Innovation Lead within global technology corporations. Despite the role, my goal has always been to move from concept to strategic growth and stability. Now, I work best in bridging the space between Management, specialists and engineering resources to create solutions that deliver on strategic objectives.
Similarly, I also support Startups and NGOs to adapt best practices from ideation to project delivery by delivering design thinking, problem framing & product strategy workshops, as well as facilitation and advisory sessions to help teams develop innovation cultures that build resilience to navigate through continuous iterations of our unique business realities.
Microsoft: Engineering Innovation
Believe me when I say Microsoft is the best place to work. Why? Because you're steeped in an atmosphere that breeds innovation, surrounded by colleagues with a bias for collaboration, trusted with stretch assignments which expose your ignorance or not, while testing your willingness to push boundaries and even if it ends in failure, it never feels so as thats a learning moment as well as a hallmark of innovation! Amazing doesn't start to describe Microsoft!
